According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 623 sales transactions worth AED2.43 billion on Monday, along with 112 mortgage deals totaling AED249.9 million and 19 gift deals totaling AED131.93 million.
The sales included 46 land plots at AED279.98 million and 577 houses and apartments totaling AED2.15 billion.
The mortgages covered 23 land plots for AED89.93 million and 89 villas and flats worth AED159.96 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2.81 billion.
