According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 551 sales transactions worth AED1.78 billion on Tuesday, along with 91 mortgage deals totaling AED901.27 million and 24 gift deals totaling AED43.12 million.
The sales included 82 land plots at AED579.93 million and 469 homes and apartments totaling AED1.2 billion.
The mortgages covered 15 land plots for AED33.33 million and 76 villas and flats totaling AED867.94 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2.7 billion.
