According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 691 sales transactions worth AED1.81 billion on Monday, along with 87 mortgage deals totaling AED709.5 million and 101 gift transactions totaling AED100.53 million.
The sales included 43 land plots at AED249.95 million and 648 homes and apartments totaling AED1.56 billion. The mortgages included 20 land plots at AED548.11 million and 67 villas and apartments worth AED161.39 million, raising the total value of today’s real estate deals to nearly AED2.6 billion.
