According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 691 sales transactions worth AED1.56 billion on Monday, along with 123 mortgage deals totaling AED529.53 million and 25 gift deals totaling AED434.36 million.
The sales included 45 land plots for AED213.34 million and 646 houses and apartments totaling AED1.34 billion.
The mortgages included 12 lots of land valued at AED91.31 million and 111 villas and flats worth AED438.22 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2.5 billion.
