According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 744 sales transactions worth AED 2 billion on Thursday, along with 153 mortgage deals for AED 542.55 million and 27 gift deals totaling AED 31.3 million.
56 land plots for AED435.15 million and 688 homes and apartments totaling AED1.56 billion were sold.
The mortgages covered 31 land plots for AED223 million and 122 villas and flats worth AED319.55 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2.5 billion.
