According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 456 sales transactions worth AED1.82 billion on Thursday, along with 78 mortgage agreements totaling AED351.06 million and 18 gift deals totaling AED301.08 million.
393 houses and flats worth AED1.46 billion, as well as 63 land plots worth AED359.9 million, were sold. The mortgages covered 25 land plots for AED261.31 million and 53 villas and flats worth AED89.76 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2.4 billion.
