According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 532 sales transactions worth AED1.39 billion on Monday, along with 101 mortgage deals for AED710.22 million and 12 gift deals totaling AED363.74 million.
The sales included 45 land plots at AED413.3 million and 487 homes and apartments worth AED980.41 million. The mortgages covered 26 land plots for AED52.11 million and 75 villas and flats totaling AED658.11 million, raising the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2.4 billion.
