According to information provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 571 sales worth AED1.86 billion on Wednesday, along with 119 mortgage agreements totaling AED424.54 million and 21 gift deals totaling AED74.91 million.
The sales included 41 land plots at AED543.31 million and 530 homes and apartments totaling AED1.31 billion.
The mortgages included 7 plots of land valued at AED23.93 million and 112 villas and flats for AED400.62 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2.3 billion.
