According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 457 sales transactions worth AED2.02 billion on Monday, along with 79 mortgage deals totaling AED202.61 million and 11 gift deals totaling AED85.32 million.
The sales included 50 land plots worth AED1.11 billion and 407 homes and apartments worth AED902.97 million.
The mortgages included 17 land plots valued at AED36.58 million and 62 villas and flats worth AED166.03 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2.3 billion.
