According to info provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 440 sales for AED 830.88 million on Wednesday, along with 113 mortgage deals worth AED 1.28 billion and 22 gift deals totaling AED 100.85 million.
Among the sales were 21 land plots worth AED119.4 million and 419 homes and apartments worth AED711.48 million.
The mortgages covered 19 land plots for AED736.16 million and 94 villas and flats worth AED538.96 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2.2 billion.
