According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 391 sales transactions worth AED1.27 billion on Monday, along with 59 mortgage deals totaling AED950.33 million and 14 gift deals totaling AED28.56 million.
The transactions included 39 land plots at AED291.56 million and 352 villas and apartments totaling AED978 billion.
The mortgages covered 12 land plots at AED44.77 million and 47 villas and apartments worth AED905.56 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2.2 billion.
