According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 674 sales transactions worth AED1.75 billion on Monday, along with 104 mortgage transactions totaling AED300.71 million and 37 gift transactions totaling AED65.15 million.
The sales included 47 land plots worth AED317.12 million and 627 homes and apartments totaling AED1.43 billion.
The mortgages covered 15 land plots for AED59.67 million and 89 villas and flats worth AED241.03 million, raising the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2.1 billion.
