According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 464 sales transactions worth AED 827.14 million on Wednesday, along with 80 mortgage deals for AED 236.13 million and 9 gift deals totaling AED 14.26 million.
47 land plots valued at AED139.47 million and 417 homes and apartments for AED687.67 million were sold.
The mortgages covered 20 land plots valued at AED24 million and 60 villas and apartments worth AED212.13 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to almost AED1 billion.
