According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 503 sales transactions worth AED1.28 billion on Wednesday, along with 121 mortgage deals totaling AED433.55 million and 34 gift deals totaling AED220.8 million.
The sales included 30 land plots at AED371.39 million and 473 houses and apartments worth AED909.86 million.
The mortgages included 16 land plots valued at AED168.95 million and 105 homes and flats worth AED264.6 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED1.9 billion.
