According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 432 sales transactions worth AED1.45 billion on Thursday, along with 73 mortgage deals totaling AED464.03 million and 20 gift deals totaling AED18.34 million.
The sales included 90 land plots at AED384.09 million and 342 homes and apartments totaling AED1.06 billion. The mortgages covered 14 land plots at AED253.27 million and 59 villas and apartments worth AED210.76 million, raising the total value of today’s real estate deals to nearly AED1.9 billion.
