On Monday, the Dubai real estate market saw 561 sales transactions totaling AED1.7 billion, along with 100 mortgage transactions totaling AED94.43 million and 61 gift transactions totaling AED65.91 million, according to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD).
34 land plots valued at AED268.94 million and 527 homes and apartments totaling AED1.43 billion were sold. The mortgages covered 43 land plots for AED94.43 million and 57 villas and flats worth AED131.13 million, raising the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED1.9 billion.
