According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 526 sales transactions worth AED1.16 billion on Wednesday, along with 89 mortgage deals totaling AED628.25 million and 19 gift deals totaling AED96.75 million.
33 land plots valued at AED179.51 million and 493 homes and apartments totaling AED979.03 million were sold.
The mortgages covered 19 land plots for AED211.34 million and 70 villas and flats worth AED416.91 million, raising the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED1.8 billion.
