According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 396 sales transactions worth AED1.33 billion on Tuesday, along with 66 mortgage deals totaling AED18.2 million and 69 gift deals totaling AED100.96 million.
33 land plots valued at AED402.2 million and 363 homes and apartments totaling AED932.73 million were sold. Three land plots valued at AED18.2 million and 63 villas and flats for AED354.64 million were included in the mortgages, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED1.8 billion.
