According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 547 sales transactions worth AED1.25 billion on Thursday, along with 95 mortgage transactions totaling AED386.79 million and 49 gift transactions totaling AED177.98 million.
The sales included 44 land plots worth AED214.38 million and 503 houses and apartments totaling AED1.03 billion.
The entire value of the mortgages, which included 91 houses and flats for AED288.67 million and 4 land plots worth AED98.13 million, was over AED1.8 billion.
