According to data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 525 sales transactions valued at AED1.54 billion on Tuesday. Additionally, there were 127 mortgage deals worth AED226.51 million and 19 gift deals totaling AED89.9 million.
AED 1.23 billion worth of villas and apartments as well as AED 304.55 million worth of land plots were sold.
The total value of today’s real estate transactions exceeded AED1.8 billion, with the mortgages covering 109 villas and apartments valued at AED196.4 million and 18 land plots valued at AED30.11 million.
