On Wednesday, the Dubai real estate market saw 466 sales for AED 1.7 billion, 93 mortgage deals worth AED 212.74 million, and 11 gift deals totaling AED 35.9 million, according to data provided by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
More than AED 1.7 billion has been spent on real estate as a result of sales of 399 villas and apartments worth AED1.24 billion, mortgages of 71 villas and flats for AED165.31 million, and sales of 67 land plots worth AED269.41 million.
