According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 517 sales transactions worth AED1.12 billion on Tuesday, along with 81 mortgage deals totaling AED538.23 million and 10 gift deals totaling AED92.48 million.
52 land plots valued at AED 253.69 million and 465 villas and apartments totaling AED863.28 million were sold. The mortgages covered 29 land plots worth AED257.21 million and 52 villas and flats totaling AED281.02 million, raising the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED1.7 billion.
