On Thursday, the Dubai real estate market saw 451 sales transactions totaling AED1.48 billion, along with 110 mortgage transactions totaling AED245.8 million and 13 gift transactions totaling AED46.2 million, according to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD).
The sales included 24 land plots at AED146.44 million and 427 villas and apartments totaling AED1.33 billion.
The entire value of the mortgages, which included 98 houses and flats for AED184.63 million and 12 land plots worth AED61.17 million, was over AED1.7 billion.
