According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 599 sales worth AED1.34 billion on Monday, along with 86 mortgage agreements totaling AED268.57 million and 152 gift deals totaling AED118.99 million.
The sales included 55 land plots at AED387.22 million and 544 homes and apartments worth AED953.38 million. The mortgages included 18 land plots valued at AED86.8 million and 68 villas and flats worth AED181.77 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED1.7 billion.
