According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 620 sales transactions worth AED1.35 billion on Tuesday, along with 94 mortgage deals totaling AED315.42 million and 33 gift deals totaling AED97.31 million.
The sales included 49 land plots at AED301.63 million and 571 homes and apartments worth AED1.05 billion.
The mortgages covered 16 land plots worth AED154.51 million and 78 villas and flats worth AED160.91 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED1.7 billion.
