In addition to 384 sales transactions totaling AED966.26 million, 78 mortgage deals totaling AED548.97 million, and 48 gift transactions totaling AED186.61 million on Wednesday, according to data issued by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD).
The sales included 350 houses and apartments valued at AED805.39 million, and 34 land plots totaling AED160.87 million.
The mortgages included 11 land plots for AED65.53 million and 67 villas and flats totaling AED483.44 million, raising the total value of today’s real estate deals to nearly AED1.7 billion.
