On Wednesday, the Dubai real estate market saw 437 sales transactions totaling AED1.02 billion, along with 153 mortgage transactions totaling AED402.94 million and 43 gift transactions totaling AED109.91 million, according to data issued by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
The overall value of the real estate transactions to date has exceeded AED1.5 billion. The sales included 402 villas and apartments valued at AED877.42 million, 35 land plots valued at AED143.68 million, and 139 villas and flats valued at AED226.2 million.
