According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 490 sales transactions worth AED1.12 billion on Thursday, along with 83 mortgage deals totaling AED212.23 million and 19 gift deals totaling AED130.63 million.
The sales included 46 land plots at AED194.93 million and 444 homes and apartments worth AED929.1 million. The mortgages covered 23 land plots worth AED107 million and 60 villas and flats worth AED105.23 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED1.4 billion.
