According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 490 sales worth AED1.17 billion on Monday, along with 86 mortgage agreements totaling AED177.94 million and 15 gift deals totaling AED55.81 million.
The sales included 49 land plots at AED269.56 million and 441 homes and apartments worth AED898.41 million. The mortgages included 18 land plots valued at AED35.02 million and 68 villas and flats worth AED142.92 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED1.4 billion.
