On Wednesday, the Dubai real estate market saw 440 sales worth AED 1.1 billion, 93 mortgage deals worth AED 153.86 million, and 12 gift deals worth AED 25.55 million, according to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD).
The sales included 39 land parcels at AED320.23 billion and 401 homes and apartments totaling AED778.34 million.
The entire value of the mortgages, which included 76 houses and flats for AED134.13 million and 17 land plots worth AED19.73 million, was over AED1.2 billion.
