According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 505 sales transactions worth AED1.06 billion on Tuesday, along with 55 mortgage deals totaling AED82.22 million and 25 gift deals totaling AED86.73 million.
42 land plots valued at AED175.01 million and 463 homes and apartments totaling AED888.26 million were sold. The mortgages covered 10 land plots at AED16.37 million and 45 villas and apartments worth AED65.85 million, raising the total value of today’s real estate deals to nearly AED1.2 billion.
