Dubai records AED9.7 billion in weeklong real estate transactions

According to data issued by the Dubai Land Department, 2,433 real estate transactions of AED9.7 billion were completed for the week ending August 12, 2022.

For a combined AED1.64 billion, 326 plots were sold, while AED3.12 billion was spent on 1,567 apartments and villas.

The top three deals were the sale of a land piece in Nadd Hessa for AED352.41 million, another in Island 2 for AED90 million, and one in Al Hebiah Fourth for AED42 million.

Al Hebiah Fifth registered the most transactions for the week, totaling 214 sales for AED595.16 million. Jabal Ali First came in second with 39 sales worth AED164.29 million, and Al Yufrah 2 came in third with 26 sales worth AED33 million.

AED327 million worth of 66 properties were distributed to first-degree relatives.
