Dubai records AED10.4 billion in weeklong real estate transactions

The week ending February 17th, 2023 had a total of 2,702 real estate transactions worth AED10.4.

For a total of AED1.42 billion and AED4.63 billion, respectively, 221 plots and 1,866 homes were sold.

A land in Business Bay that was sold for AED 150 million came in first, followed by a property there that was sold for AED 75 million, and land there that was sold for AED 150 million came in third.

Al Hebiah Fifth led the pack with 126 sales transactions totaling AED 439.75 million. Al Hebiah Fourth came in second with 20 sales transactions totaling AED 212.66 million, and Jabal Ali First came in third with 10 sales transactions totaling AED 28 million.

The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment in Island 2 that went for AED 160 million, an apartment in Marsa Dubai that went for AED 155 million, and an apartment in Al Barshaa South Third that went for AED 123 million.

The total value of mortgaged properties for the week was $3.55 billion, with land in Al Warsan First receiving the highest mortgage of AED 1 billion.

AED 811 million worth of 252 properties were distributed to first-degree relatives.
