According to the emirate’s Land Department (DLD), the Dubai real estate market reported 474 sales transactions worth AED1.52 billion and mortgage deals worth AED441.56 million on Tuesday, in addition to 11 gift transactions worth AED27.4 million.
AED849.54 million was spent on 376 villas and apartments, and AED671.55 million was spent on 98 land plots. Mortgages were secured on 57 villas and apartments valued at AED321.33 million and on 18 land plots valued at AED120.23 million, bringing the total real estate transactions today to over AED1.9 billion.
