The Dubai real estate market saw 331 sales transactions for AED1.24 billion and 77 mortgage deals worth AED390.84 million on Thursday, according to data supplied by the emirate’s Land Department (DLD). There were also 24 gift transactions worth AED79.48 million.
250 villas and apartments worth AED574.87 million and 81 land plots worth AED662.51 million were sold, while 58 villas and apartments worth AED106.91 million and 19 land plots worth AED283.92 million were mortgaged, bringing the total real estate transactions to nearly AED1.7 billion.
