According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 445 sales transactions worth AED1.18 billion on Monday, along with 68 mortgage deals totaling AED445.38 million and 37 gift deals totaling AED61.34 million.
More than AED 1.6 billion has been spent on real estate as a result of sales of 423 villas and apartments for AED 977.17 million, mortgages of 57 villas and flats worth AED 184.33 million, and purchases of 11 land parcels worth AED 261.05 million.
