According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 454 sales transactions worth AED1.24 billion on Wednesday, along with 96 mortgage deals totaling AED259.02 million and 22 gift deals totaling AED150.27 million.
The overall value of the real estate transactions to date has exceeded AED1.6 billion. The sales included 436 villas and apartments at AED1.1 billion, 18 land plots worth AED148.73 million, and 92 villas and apartments totaling AED206.75 million.
