According to land Department data, the Dubai real estate sector recorded an AED15.238 billion($4.15bn) last week.
Sales transactions dominated that number at 10.3 billion AEDs ($2.8bn) according to land Department data.
A total of 3,531 sales transactions were recorded between March 28th and 28th.
Dubai real estate this week
Among the most expensive sales transactions listed on the Land Department website included:
- The apartment in Alba residence, Palm Jumeirah, sold for AED 61.8m ($16.8m).
- The apartment in Alba residence, Palm Jumeirah, sold for AED 61.6m ($16.8m).
- The apartment in Como Residence, Palm Jumeirah, sold for $52.2 million ($14.2m).
Last week, the land sector also showed mortgage shops worth AED4.13bn ($1.1bn).
Gift transactions for the same period were valued at AED807.8m ($220 million).
