Leading international developer of premium real estate, Sobha Realty, has announced the opening of Sobha Solis, its first project for 2025.

The property, which is situated in Dubai Motor City, raises the standard for active lifestyles. Prices for the 2,316 residential units at Sobha Solis, which range from one-bedroom apartments to three-bedroom apartments, start at AED1.01 million ($274,944).
