Kempinski, Europe’s oldest luxury hotel company, has announced its latest venture in Dubai with the management of a collection of premium branded residences in Dubai Marina.
The dynamic Dubai Marina skyline will get a hint of classic elegance and European flair with the construction of the Kempinski Marina Residences, which is presently being developed by ABA Group Dubai.

Luxury living in Dubai
Among the tall buildings in Dubai’s entertainment district, the Kempinski Marina Residences will be distinctive.
453 modern residences, including duplex and single-to-four-bedroom apartments, sky villas, and seven penthouse suites, will make up this architectural wonder.
Every apartment will have an outdoor terrace with expansive views of the marina neighborhood and the emirate skyline.
In addition, some apartments will have unusual features like vertical gardens, plunge pools, and hot tubs, which will enhance the tower’s striking geometric style.
When it’s finished in early 2028, residents will have access to special features like a kids’ club, a well-equipped fitness center with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a residents’ lounge.
In addition, the project will have parking, retail spaces, landscaped public areas, and basketball and paddle courts. In addition, there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby for residents to easily access.
