Dubai mansion construction on track for mid-2024 handover by Meraas

Leading master developer Meraas, a division of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has declared that it is on track to hand over the luxury project Ocean Mansions in the middle of 2024, with nearly 56% of the construction work already completed.

According to a statement from the developer, each five-bedroom mansion was created by the Italian architectural firm ACPV Architects Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel to give residents the impression that they are floating over the edge of the island with expansive views of the open waters.

Each of the 1,193 square meter mansions has full-height windows that let in an abundance of natural light. Every home’s main communal areas face the open sea, but the interior space also flows naturally to a wrap-around terrace that houses a private infinity pool that disappears into the Gulf.

A collection of seven properties is currently under development, the sea-facing mansions that adorn the northern shore of the prestigious Jumeira Bay Island offer the pinnacle of luxury and exclusivity.

Dubai Holding Real Estate CEO Khalid Al Malik said: “Our journey with Bulgari continues to flourish through this remarkable project, reinforcing our tradition of introducing some of the region’s most prestigious developments.”

“An extraordinary address that is unmatched in its ultra-luxury, elegance, and design, this development exudes grandeur and exclusivity, elevating the art of fine living to new heights. It’s been exceptionally gratifying for the team to witness this project come to life,” he added.

The glazed terracotta screen that protects, shades, and produces constantly shifting patterns of light and shade on the balcony and interior spaces is the distinguishing feature of each of the seven Bulgari Ocean Mansions’ façades.

Residents enjoy unrestricted access to the exclusive amenities of the neighboring Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, which include cutting-edge pools, beautifully landscaped gardens, and a variety of on-site dining options inspired by Italian seaside harbors, in addition to common areas throughout the neighborhood.
