According to data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai experienced a surge in sales transactions on Thursday. A total of 487 sales transactions were recorded, amounting to AED1.33 billion. Additionally, 101 mortgage deals worth AED347.17 million and 14 gift deals worth AED58.92 million were also recorded.
The sales transactions included 461 villas and apartments, valued at AED1.17 billion, and 26 land plots, valued at AED160.65 million. The mortgage deals included 74 villas and apartments, worth AED211.57 million, and 27 land plots, valued at AED135.6 million.
Overall, the total realty transactions on Thursday exceeded AED1.7 billion.
