According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 638 sales transactions for AED1.85 billion on Tuesday, as well as 130 mortgage transactions worth AED2.69 billion and 21 gift transactions totaling AED218.56 million.
The sales included 72 land plots at AED401.74 million and 566 houses and apartments totaling AED1.45 billion.
The mortgages covered 24 land plots valued at AED310.33 million and 106 villas and flats for AED2.38 billion, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED4.7 billion.
