According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 671 sales transactions worth AED2.29 billion on Monday, along with 149 mortgage agreements worth AED1.14 billion and 29 gift agreements worth AED98.65 million.
56 land plots valued at AED846.15 million and 615 homes and apartments for AED1.45 billion were sold.
The mortgages included 30 land plots at AED861.38 million and 119 villas and apartments worth AED274.79 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate deals to nearly AED3.5 billion.
