According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 630 sales transactions worth AED1.65 billion on Tuesday, along with 127 mortgage deals totaling AED244.89 million and 23 gift deals totaling AED104.71 million.
The sales included 41 land plots at AED306.98 million and 589 houses and apartments totaling AED1.35 billion.
The mortgages covered 16 land plots for AED24.81 million and 111 villas and flats worth AED220.08 million, raising the total value of today’s real estate transactions to almost AED2 billion.
