According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 578 sales transactions worth AED2.1 billion on Tuesday, along with 132 mortgage agreements for AED702.33 million and 12 gift agreements worth AED19 million.
The sales included 43 land plots at AED397.75 million and 535 villas and apartments worth AED1.7 billion.
The mortgages included 29 land plots valued at AED156.17 million and 102 villas and flats worth AED546.16 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2.8 billion.
