According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 717 sales transactions worth AED2.09 billion on Monday, along with 131 mortgage agreements worth AED692.02 million and 15 gift agreements worth AED28.44 million.
The sales included 30 land plots at AED348.18 million and 687 houses and apartments totaling AED1.74 billion.
The mortgages included 38 land plots valued at AED158.84 million and 93 villas and flats worth AED533.19 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2.8 billion.
