According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 604 sales transactions worth AED2.1 billion on Thursday, along with 106 mortgage deals for AED337.09 million and 32 gift deals totaling AED158.95 million.
The sales included 47 land plots at AED433.96 million and 557 homes and apartments totaling AED1.66 billion.
The mortgages included 94 houses and flats for AED249.85 million, 12 land plots worth AED87.24 million, and a total of approximately AED2.5 billion in real estate transactions.
