According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 694 sales transactions worth AED1.94 billion on Wednesday, along with 127 mortgage deals totaling AED466.28 million and 47 gift deals totaling AED109.29 million.
The sales included 55 land plots at AED391.98 million and 639 houses and apartments totaling AED1.54 billion.
The mortgages covered 116 houses and flats for AED389.71 million, 11 land plots worth AED76.58 million, and a total of AED2.5 billion in real estate transactions.
