According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 591 sales transactions worth AED1.76 billion on Thursday, along with 125 mortgage deals worth AED613.72 million and 36 gift deals worth AED98.44 million.
The sales included 30 land plots at AED336.26 million and 561 homes and apartments totaling AED1.42 billion.
The mortgages covered 24 land plots for AED392.87 million and 101 villas and flats worth AED220.85 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2.4 billion.
